You will find all the classics and some rarer varieties. Plus, if you fancy some fizz, the gin bar will also be serving prosecco. In addition to the extensive range of beer and cider.
Getting Afloat
The boat trips are usually very popular, so head straight along to the quayside to guarantee a timeslot when you arrive.
If your dream is to own a narrowboat, you can learn the ropes in hour long taster session on boat handling. These sessions are an ideal way for newcomers or novices who are nervous about boat handling to build confidence and gain a feel for what's involved in handling a canal boat. They are also useful for anyone who wants to refresh their skills after a break from boating. You can pre-book a boat handling taster session in advance now.
Food and Craft
In the Food and Craft marquee there will be a good selection of stalls selling a variety of handmade gifts, artwork, artisan bakery produce and mouth watering food to purchase. In the central food court there will also be plenty of options for lunches and snacks to keep the hunger at bay.
Historic Boats
Every year a number of Historic boats make the journey to be part of Crick Boat Show. Often the volunteers on board the historic boats will dress in period costume, and invite you aboard to show what life was like for the working boatmen years ago.
