What's On
The show organisers have lots of new and exciting things lined up this year, with plenty of amusements for adults and children alike.
The Kingfisher MarqueeIs where you will find all things boating including Marina’s like ourselves, boat hire, boat insurance, window, electrics and all things essential for narrowboating.
The BoatsThere will be lots boats in the marina basin for you to climb aboard and look around, an ideal way of getting a feel for narrowboats if you are new to narrowboating. With a prize awarded to the favourite boat of the show.
Evening EntertainmentWith music festivals on both the Saturday and Sunday evenings, this year for the first time you will be able to buy tickets for the evening only. The artists include
Toyah Willcox, booked to headline the Saturday evening music festival along with Sean Cannon of The Dubliners and many other great ‘Crick Favourite’ entertainment acts, the evening entertainment is sure to be fun. See the
Crick Show entertainment page for more information about the entertainment.
Childrens EntertainmentThere’s masses of stuff going on for children that’s all included in the ticket price, which is great because it means that families can budget without having to say no to their little ones. The Theme for children’s entertainment this year is Waterway’s Wildlife. There’s going to be pond dipping, a handicraft workshop, The Animal Roadshow with Zoologist and TV presenter James Mckay, as well as many more exciting wildlife activities for little one to participate in. Take a look at the
childrens entertainment page on the Crick Boat Show website for more information.
