Below is Mr. Fredrick Hollinshead, standing proudly at the tiller of his newly purchased Narrowboat Laura. After many years away from the canals, Fred is hoping to take his Grand-children and Great Grand-children along the same routes he took during WW2. At that auspicious and worrying time Fred, and his fellow Bargees, transported barge fulls of Ovaltine TM  from the Ovaltine Dairy Farm at Kings Langley, all over the country via the canal network. Good luck Fred, and let's hope the children love the experience of the canals as much as you did back during the war.
