It's so nice when our excellent customer service is appreciated by a customer who actually takes the time to write to us. I thought it would be good to share with you some of the feedback from one of our customers who recently bought one of our new Whilton 44ft narrowboats. Below is an exert from the email we received from this customer:
"You will, no doubt, have heard that we were unable to move the narrowboat to Braunston on Wednesday. I have to give a real vote of thanks to your engineer, Mark, who really pulled out the stops to get the cooling system operational and although later than intended, we sailed off at 12.25pm and had a really enjoyable day. Please pass my thanks to whomever sorted out the toilet as well. However it is really Mark who is the hero and I enjoyed talking with with him about the engine, learnt a great deal in the process, and I would not have had the opportunity to do that if we had managed to sail to Braunston on Sunday as originally inteded. Mark was very thorough and would not let us leave until he was satisfied that the air lock had been sufficiently dealt with. A great example of a fantastic customer experience recovery and a real credit to you."
